How To Prepare
Congratulations! Your scan will be performed by the only radiology provider in the Stateline area to have been awarded a three-year term of accreditation in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) by the American College of Radiology (ACR). ACR accreditation “seal” is awarded to facilities for the achievement of high practice standards in imaging. When you see the seal you’ll know the personnel are well qualified, through education and certification; the equipment is appropriate for the test or treatment you will receive; and the facility meets or exceeds quality assurance and safety guidelines. These primary factors affect the quality of clinical images and ultimately the quality of patient care. We know you have many choices in receiving your MRI or CT services. You will find Summit Radiology will exceed your expectations in quality and compassionate care. If you feel nervous or anxious about your test – you’re welcome to visit our center and lie on the scanner at some point before your appointment.
