Dr. Martin Urban

Martin A. Urban graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, Suma Cum Laude, from Illinois Benedictine College in Lisle, Il. He then attended Medical School at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, graduating in 1983. Dr. Urban then performed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was Chief Resident 1986-1987. He then performed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology, Computed Tomography, and Ultrasound at Northwestern Memorial, where he gained valuable experience with a full range of vascular procedures including angioplasty, pulmonary angiography and venography, as well as non-vascular procedures including percutanious biliary and urologic drainage and abscess management.

Dr. Urban joined Camelot Radiology in 1988. He has been a staff radiologist at St. Anthony Medical Center for 18 years, where he has focused most recently on women’s imaging, including stereotactic and ultrasound guided biopsies, as well as sentinel lymph node localizations. He has also been performing kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty procedures as well as venous port placements and extensive exposure to CT angio procedures.
